PFL Challenger Series 3 kicked off with a bang Friday evening, as Michelle Montague submitted Olivia Parker in just one round.

Following that performance, lightweights Julia Dorny and Jeslen Mishelle took center cage to put on a show for the celebrity panel and for the fans at home.

This fight featured a little extra intrigue, as Dorny is a champion in both Judo and Sumo in her native Germany. Pro wrestling fans, meanwhile, may know Mishelle from her cameos on WWE Raw and Smackdown.

Fighting out of Syndicate MMA, Mishelle makes her pro MMA debut inside the PFL cage against the 2-0 Dorny.

Who got the job done?

Round 1

High kick immediately from Mishelle, and they are trading early. My goodness. This is all action from the jump, with both women finding their targets.

Dorny with a strong cross that got Mishelle’s attention. They clinch briefly and separate, with Dorny letting out an audible yell. Perhaps a low blow?

They’re immediately back to the clinch, and Dorny hits a nice Judo toss. Dorny, however, is content to stand up, as she lets Mishelle back to her feet.

Now, Mishelle catches a kick and briefly dumps Dorny to the mat. She’s right back to her feet. A head kick finds its mark for Mishelle, followed by a right hand, but Dorny secures another takedown. It’s short-lived on the ground once more, and they’re standing, with Mishelle landing hard shots.

Her right hand can’t miss right now, and Dorny is wearing the punishment in blood. They clinch, and Mishelle again lands some knees that bring a grimace to Dorny’s face. She’s bleeding everywhere, and now Mishelle drops her with the right!

Some follow-up ground-and-pound, and this one is sealed. Mishelle gets the impressive first-round finish.

That fight was absolutely bonkers, ladies and gentlemen. Two fights, two first-round finishes here at PFL Challenger Series 3. It appears we’re in for another high-octane night of action.
