A successful amateur run that included three title wins in two weight classes was good enough to get Sumiko Inaba signed to Bellator as she turned pro. Entering her PFL debut tonight, she has matched the same record she ended her time as an amateur with – 6-1, with all her fights under Bellator. A striking specialist, Inaba, who has four finishes, will look to rebound after suffering her first pro defeat to former Bellator title challenger and kickboxing champion Denise Kielholtz at Bellator 301.

 

A former strawweight champion on the regional scene, Saray Orozco is a veteran that has fought for a couple of noteworthy promotions. Orozco, who fights out of Guadalajara, Mexico, will enter her PFL debut tonight off back-to-back victories, though she hasn’t fought in just over a year. Orozco’s most recent fight came in May 2023, where she took a decision win over Andrea Vazquez.

 

The winner of this fight will be named an alternate fighter for the women’s flyweight division postseason.
